THE WORK

Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the study of movement and embraces the whole person—body, mind, and spirit (physical, mental, and emotional). Everything within and around us is constantly in motion. As a solution-oriented therapeutic approach, kinesiology works with this natural movement to restore the free flow of energy on all levels.

A key tool in kinesiology is muscle testing, which serves as a form of communication between the practitioner and the client. It helps identify current imbalances or blockages within the body's system and guides the therapeutic process towards the most appropriate approach for restoring balance.

Emotional experiences are processed through our senses and stored within the body, muscles, and brain. When similar experiences occur repeatedly, they can develop into limiting patterns that may contribute to physical or emotional stress.

Kinesiology is based on the belief that every person possesses innate self-healing abilities and inner wisdom. Through goal-oriented dialogue combined with body-based techniques, the practitioner supports the client in accessing their own resources, strengthening resilience, and finding sustainable solutions.

Rooted in the principles of traditional Asian medicine and further developed in the West, kinesiology is considered a complementary therapy. It is intended to support overall health and well-being, but it does not replace medical treatment or provide medical diagnosis.

Hypnosis

According to the National Guild of Hypnotists, hypnosis is a state in which the critical faculty of the conscious mind is bypassed while selective thinking is enhanced.

It is a process in which suggestions are received with increased openness and translated into thoughts, feelings, and inner experiences. During hypnosis, attention shifts away from analytical thinking towards the emotional and creative capacities of the mind.

A hypnotic trance is not a loss of control but rather a state of heightened awareness and focused attention. In this state, unconscious processes can be accessed more easily, allowing new resources, strengths, and perspectives to emerge.

While in hypnosis, you are not asleep. You remain aware of your surroundings, can hear everything that is said, and are able to communicate normally throughout the session. The client always remains in control and may end the session at any time.

This deeply relaxed state can be used therapeutically in individual sessions, group settings, or through self-hypnosis. Hypnosis has a wide range of applications and can support personal growth, emotional well-being, and positive change.

My primary focus is supporting women and young people.
