ABOUT ME

My name is Niculin Parli. I am a guide, space holder, and researcher—both in life and in relationships, as well as in my work with people.

My path began in Core Shamanism. There, I found an experiential access to inner worlds, expanded perception, and a deep sense of connection with myself and with life. Shamanic practice taught me to listen to inner processes, to trust them, and not to force transformation, but to allow it to unfold.

Over time, however, I became aware that deep experiences also require embodiment, integration, and stability in the nervous system. Out of this need, my path led me to Somatic Experiencing® (SE). SE provided a clear map for what I had previously experienced intuitively: the language of the nervous system, the importance of relative safety, titration, and self- and co-regulation.

Today, I combine the depth and spaciousness of Core Shamanism with the precise, nervous-system-oriented work of Somatic Experiencing. In my work, it is not about quick fixes, but about a mindful reconnection with one’s own body, impulses, and vitality—at one’s own pace.

I would be honored to accompany you for a part of your journey.

THE WORK

Somatic Experiencing® – Understanding and Resolving Trauma Through the Body

Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-oriented approach to resolving stress, trauma, and chronic overwhelm. It was developed by Dr. Peter Levine based on modern insights from neurobiology, psychotraumatology, and behavioral research.

Trauma does not primarily arise from a distressing event itself, but from what happens in the nervous system during that event. When a situation is experienced as overwhelming and there is no possibility to respond appropriately, the nervous system can become “stuck” in a survival mode. The energy mobilized for survival is not fully completed and remains bound in the body.

This bound survival energy often shows up long after the original event—for example as inner tension, exhaustion, sleep problems, anxiety, emotional numbness, or a sense of not truly arriving in one’s own life.

Somatic Experiencing works precisely at this level. The focus is not on reliving or repeatedly talking about distressing experiences, but on present-moment bodily experience. Through subtle awareness, attuned guidance, and carefully dosed steps, the nervous system is supported in regaining its natural ability to move between activation and relaxation. This natural rhythm is the foundation of safety, stability, and self-regulation.

A central aspect of SE is the experience of control and self-efficacy. The process unfolds at a pace that the nervous system can sustain. Nothing is forced. Instead, space is created in which protection, orientation, and inner safety can gradually develop.

Somatic Experiencing is particularly suitable for people who sense that “understanding alone” is not enough—and who are looking for a gentle, sustainable way to rediscover greater aliveness, presence, and inner calm.

Core Shamanism – Shamanic Work in a Contemporary, Clear Form

Core Shamanism is a modern, cross-cultural form of shamanic practice. It was developed by the anthropologist Michael Harner by identifying common elements found in traditional shamanic cultures worldwide. The focus is not on a specific tradition or belief system, but on direct personal experience.

In Core Shamanism, altered states of consciousness are used—most commonly through drumming or rattling. In these states, access to inner images, bodily sensations, emotions, and archetypal forces can be facilitated. These experiences are not understood as “imagination,” but as another mode of perception that can have a tangible impact on lived experience, the nervous system, and everyday life.

A central element is working with power animals, helping spirits, and inner resources. These are not worshipped or idealized, but experienced as supportive forces that can provide orientation, stability, and protection. Many people experience a greater sense of grounding, clarity, and inner alignment through this work.

In my practice, Core Shamanism is applied in an attuned, clearly structured, and nervous-system-friendly way. Experiences are carefully embedded and integrated so that they do not remain “abstract” or detached, but become effective in everyday life. Connection, safety, and self-determination are always the highest priorities.

Core Shamanism is not intended as a replacement for therapy or body-oriented work, but it can meaningfully complement them—especially where words alone are not sufficient, or where a deeper sense of meaning, connection, and inner guidance is being sought.

Men’s Coaching – Present, Embodied, Responsible

My men’s coaching offers a protected space in which men can meet themselves honestly—beyond role expectations, performance pressure, or outdated patterns. The focus is not on self-optimization, but on embodiment: the capacity to sense oneself, remain inwardly present, and act clearly and responsibly from that presence.

Many men have learned to function, solve problems, or push through. At the same time, access to their own emotions, needs, and boundaries is often limited—or there is a lack of safety in bringing these into relationship. Men’s coaching addresses this directly by integrating body awareness, emotional competence, and consciousness into a stable inner foundation.

The work is oriented toward the nervous system and toward what is genuinely possible in each moment. Instead of creating pressure or “pushing through,” we work with presence, slowness, and clarity. This creates a space in which old survival strategies can be recognized and new, more authentic options for action can be experienced.

A central intention is the development of a mature, grounded masculinity: present rather than dominant, clear rather than hard, capable of action without losing connection to oneself. Archetypal qualities such as King, Hunter, Lover, or Magician can become accessible as inner resources—not as concepts, but as embodied experience.

This coaching is for men who are willing to take responsibility for themselves—not in terms of toughness, but of awareness. Change here does not arise through pressure, but through a stable inner connection from which genuine freedom can grow.
